OOTB_ErrorChunk.seq - ERROR chunk (not stale cookie) is received from an address with which endpoint has no association
To check that if ERROR chunk(not stale cookie) is received from an address with which endpoint has no association, the enpoint should responds it with ABORT message.
./OOTB_ErrorChunk.seq [-tooloption ...] -pkt ./OOTB_ErrorChunk.def -tooloption : v6eval tool option See Also: ../common/STD_PKT_COMMON.def ../common/SCTP_COMMON.def
Association not established between endpoint A and B. Arrange the data in endpoint A such that ERROR is sent to endpoint B.

TEST DESCRIPTION:
1. Send ERROR message from endpoint A to B, when there is no association between them. Record the message sequence using a signal emulator. 2. Check A: ABORT message will be sent at endpoint B. 3. Check B: Verification tag in the ABORT will be set equal to the verification tag in the received ERROR. 4. Check C: DATA is discarded. 5. Check D: State of endpoint B is not disturbed. 6. Check E: T-Bit in the ABORT chunk is set to 1.

8.4. Handle "Out of the Blue" Packets
7) If the packet contains a "Stale Cookie" ERROR or a COOKIE ACK, the SCTP packet should be silently discarded. Otherwise,
8) The receiver should respond to the sender of the OOTB packet with an ABORT. When sending the ABORT, the receiver of the OOTB packet MUST fill in the Verification Tag field of the outbound packet with the value found in the Verification Tag field of the OOTB packet and set the T bit in the Chunk Flags to indicate that the Verification Tag is reflected. After sending this ABORT, the receiver of the OOTB packet shall discard the OOTB packet and take no further action.
